ECL Contracts worked with Kier South East to design and install the lightweight steel framing and insulated render at the Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club. Due to open in May 2010 the Hotel & Country Club will offer 116 luxurious bedrooms many of which will boast stunning views across Lingfield Park Racecourse. Facilities available to guests include the 18 hole golf course, a brand new health and leisure facility, the Cyprium Bar and Grill and a selection of modern, well equipped conference and banqueting suites.

The main contractor Kier South East opted to construct this hotel from insitu concrete with the floors walls and frame being minimised so as the residents have full advantage of the views over the race course.
