External Wall Insulation

External wall insulation is a thermal insulated exterior cladding system that provides protection from the outside elements, the insulation is normally made up of foamed polystyrene, mineral wool, polyurethane foam and mineral or synthetic plaster. Insulation thickness has to be at least 10-15cm this is so that it creates a partition with a heat transmission factor. The insulation will help to prevent heat being lost form your home and also help to prevent the condensation on the walls and ceiling. It is not a cheap alternative but it does have is benefits that you will soon notice after you have had it fitted this will include lower heating bills as your heat will not be lost and another is a way of preventing your carbon dioxide emissions.
