ECL Contracts has been awarded a certificate from Morgan Ashurst for achieving Perfect Delivery for the installation of the external wall insulation and lightweight steel framing systems at ICU/HDU Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge.

To achieve this certification ECL had to ensure that the project was handed over snag-free on the agreed completion date and with the full operating and maintenance manuals in place. Most importantly, the client was satisfied with the finished project and gave confirmation that their key objectives, which had been defined at the start of the project, had been met.
