Our business strategy is to encourage partnering wherever possible to ensure that all links in the supply chain work together efficiently and provide a completed job that is on time and to budget. Partnering also enables us to work closely with the Architect, Design Team and Client on value engineering, giving the best value and service to the client from the beginning of the contract right through to completion.
ECL also recognises the importance of being involved as a member of the design team at an early stage to ensure that design and budgetary issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
As an approved installer of the major facade cladding systems, our supply chain is clearly defined. Regular meetings with Supply Chain partners and detailed questionnaires identifying all practical, logistical and environmental issues relating to product supply are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
